Our minds are slaved away whenever we crop up with assumptions that we build our foundations on.
The fly in the ointment with assumptions is that they are just hypothesis that have not been proven.
This means after the labor, you may have been wrong the whole time or just got lucky.
Miss Bella, from Uncovering the Silveri Secret by Melanie Milburne, had her facts right when she met with Mr. Silveri.
He was the man she thought he was for the many years.
However, for Mr. Silveri, his assumptions of her brought so much doubt, distrust and distance (3D) between them.
Turmoils are built when the pillars of relationships are formed from assumptions.
Assumptions are like a loose unsecured bridge with missing blocks of wood and rusty ropes.
The possibility of getting through the other end of the bridge is second-rated.
It saves time when assumptions and expectations are locked up in a solid metal box and drained into the deepest pit when having an encounter with a fellow human.
Taking the raw facts from the source sometimes is all we need.
I am not saying never take time to understand someone.
Instead of complicating your mind with assumptions of someone else, just ASK them.
Genuine questions come a long way – this is what I loved about Miss Bella Haverton; and a behavior a good friend of mine is accustomed to as well.
Try not to labor your mind under assumptions.
They may kill that which was intended to blossom.
